What is Cochrane Account?

Cochrane Account gives you access to all of Cochrane and its associated tools. You use it to log in to any Cochrane system, including Crowd, TaskExchange, RevMan, and Archie.

Who can create a Cochrane Account?

Anyone can create a Cochrane Account.

I already have an Archie account. Do I need a Cochrane Account?

No, your previous Archie account is now your Cochrane Account.

Is my username always my email?

When you create a Cochrane account, your username will automatically be the email you sign up with. And if your account used to be an Archie account, it is most likely your email. But you can edit your username in your Archie profile, and a small proportion of users have a non-email username.

I forgot my password, what can I do?

Use the "Reset password" link on the login page. We will send you an e-mail with instructions on how to set a new password.

What do the Communications options in My account mean?

Cochrane may always contact you directly regarding your account or the tasks you complete for Cochrane, for example with emails from Archie workflows or Task Exchange.

Using the Communications tab, you can control whether to receive newsletters and other more general communications such as invitations to events or messages related to your Interests.
